Excellent service, very patient and helpful Took our son to purchase his first ever car - he is attending Kent State and was excited at saving up the funds for a deposit, we searched out cars an Took our son to purchase his first ever car - he is attending Kent State and was excited at saving up the funds for a deposit, we searched out cars and found one he liked online and it was at Ricart. Nervous and excited we took him and they treated him extremely respectfully and spent the time to explain everything to him in very simple terms. Our trade in was evaluated at more than fair and our salesperson even found an extra discount program that we didn't know about and got us the payment that fit our son's ability to afford. Maria our sales associate was phenomenal in showing us the vehicles and the features and wasn't pushy at all but extremely helpful and insightful on our needs. I purchased my wife's car at another place a few years ago and I know I am going to purchase her next vehicle when we are ready here at Ricart. Our son is very pleased and excited and it is thanks for the staff here at Ricart Kia. More

TOOOOOO Easy I went in having an idea of what I wanted and my budget, but Jim made the process so much easier then I would have ever thought possible. Absolutely N I went in having an idea of what I wanted and my budget, but Jim made the process so much easier then I would have ever thought possible. Absolutely NO pressure during any point of our visit, every single person was knowledgeable and friendly, and even the paperwork went quickly. I came from another state, traded in an out of state vehicle, and there was no point in which I had to stress out or panick over documents or numbers. Truly a GREAT experience! More
