This is the second RX 350 that we have purchased from Ralph Paty at this dealership. He is absolutely wonderful to deal with. His knowledge of the vehicles is exceptional, and he goes the extra mile to Ralph Paty at this dealership. He is absolutely wonderful to deal with. This time we bought a 2026 RX 350h at his recommendation, and it is the best car we have ever had. The performance and fuel economy are amazing, and the technology improvements over our 2021 RX 350 are astounding. We could not be happier. I would also like to commend Aaron Schreiner and Jackson Antinore in the Internet Department. They helped me set the car to my personal preferences and explained how to use all of the features. Like most people, my age I have bought a lot of cars in my lifetime. I can truly and honestly say my most recent experience with Lexus is the best I have ever had with any other dealership. His “ no pressure” technique was great. He took the time to assess my particular needs and helped me choose the vehicle that worked best specifically for my needs. He walked me through each process of the choosing, and securing the exact one that suited me. He helped me make the best choice on whether to lease or purchase. Ralph made sure that when I drove my vehicle off the lot, I knew everything about it and that I was comfortable and happy with my choice. Everything that he said he would do, he delivered on. Aaron in IT made learning the newest technology as easy as it could be. Next step was Justin in finance. He explained everything clearly and concisely. I knew exactly what I was putting my signature on and was pleased with that level as well. From the moment I walked into the dealership, and met Latonya at the front door to working with Ralph on selection, Aaron on learning technology and Justin on finalizing the financial part… I could not be more pleased with a transaction. I haven't purchased a "new" new car in 40 years. I have purchased two used Lexus' (just off-lease) in that time. So the time had come to buy a "new" new Lexus hybrid. Online searches found me two I have purchased two used Lexus' (just off-lease) in that time. So the time had come to buy a "new" new Lexus hybrid. Online searches found me two 2026 NX350h's I was interested in. The two competing dealers were incentivized at the year-end to make me a deal. I was fortunate to have Lexus of Chattanooga win that bidding war for my business. A shout-out to Sales Associate, Mr. Travis Hardin, for answering my calls and texts promptly and professionally. He also engaged a Finance Manager, Josiah Sadek, to consider my offer. I traveled 403 miles from Lower Alabama to meet them all and sign a deal with Finance Manager, Justin Hendrick. I was tutored in the intricacies of the onboard display and safety features by a very capable (and patient) Technology Specialist named Jackson. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with a better group of young, courteous professionals. Thank y'all! More

I would recommend Tyler to all my family & friends. Aaron, tech guy, was fantastic and a surprise. I wasn’t expecting someone to show me every detail about the car. He even helped me set up the Lexus app and connect my phone via CarPlay. I left the dealership with confidence driving home for the first time. One thing that could have been handled better was the extra warranties. We are new to Lexus and had no idea about what was about to be offered right before we wrote our check. We would have liked to have 30 days to decide if we wanted to purchase any of the additional warranties or prepaid maintenance. Or been told about them earlier in the process so we could evaluate while deciding on a purchase. More

Robbie Bales did a great job of allowing me to inspect various cars on my own without hovering. He was very transparent with answers to all my questions about various models, options, numbers, and terms of the sale. Absolutely no pressure, just there to assist me to find the right car and terms. During the short periods where we were waiting, he was professional and personable. Definitely an asset to the business. Aaron Schreiner demonstrated all of the features and tech with my car. He is articulate, great at moving topic to topic, and answers questions succinctly. Very patient. He met me at my level of understanding and has excellent product knowledge. This is the guy every software company should have to train people on new products. Josiah Sadek's work in the finance office was quick and efficient. He answered all of my questions, and I was never pressured to buy extra products I didn't want. I was in and out quickly without feeling trapped to hear a two hour-long explanation about every extended warranty! Overall, this is not the stereotypical dealership or car buying experience. Very well done and recommended. More
