Yohanny was fantastic, stayed in communication with me throughout the week through text messaging (instead of calling bc I literally despise talking on the phone lol!) I was a day later than I originally scheduled and they were slammed by the time I was able to get there, but he still came out immediately to introduce me to his manager and both made sure I was still taken care of by Dalton. Yohanny even stayed after the dealership closed just to make sure that I was able to go home in my new vehicle and in under 2 hours I was driving off the lot!
