Our BMW X1 in for service is usually expeditiously processed, However a loose gas cap leaving a “Check Engine” light to be lit was noticed, Result of said trouble light then required more time to dete processed, However a loose gas cap leaving a “Check Engine” light to be lit was noticed, Result of said trouble light then required more time to determine the cause, so waiting for the service and the additional fix was deemed long term, Unfortunately, a loaner vehicle was not available requiring a BMW employee to provide taxi service to and from home. The vehicle used for said service was a BMW X3 and it was gorgeous. Congrats BMW, I believe that was one of the greatest sales pitches yet, More
