Alfred worked closely with Justice in the finance department, who went above and beyond to secure what genuinely felt like the deal of a lifetime. In today’s market, where prices are high and flexibility is rare, they met every need I had with zero pushback, which I greatly appreciated. Making a large financial decision can be stressful, but the entire team made the process enjoyable. While finalizing my paperwork, I was met with the friendliest group of people who made everything smooth and comfortable from start to finish. I will absolutely be returning to work with these folks again and highly recommend Toyota of Cleveland, specifically Alfred and Justice, to anyone looking for a positive, stress-free car-buying experience.
