Since I live out of state and the vehicle is being shipped to me, the entire transaction was handled remotely. Marty made the process incredibly smooth, responsive, and transparent from start to finish. What impressed me most was his professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile even after the paperwork was already completed. I asked about adding the Honda OEM running boards, and even though the sale was already finalized and he had no obligation to do anything further, Marty still went to the parts department and worked out an exceptional installed price for me. That level of customer care after the sale says a lot about both Marty and Zimmerman Honda. It’s clear why he has so many five-star reviews. He was straightforward, helpful, and made the entire experience easy despite the distance involved. I just got my second car from Zimmerman Honda. I upgraded from a 2017 Honda Civic to 2024 Honda Accord. I couldn't have been happier with the way that Bryn Gatz took care of every little thing tha I upgraded from a 2017 Honda Civic to 2024 Honda Accord.
