I was born and raised in the Quad Cities so I know what a wonderful place it is to live. I have worked in customer service for over 10 years and believe first impressions are important! We have been buying or leasing vehicles at this location for years. We have always been completely satisfied. This time in particular, our sales person Mike Jarrin took extra special care of us. Marty made my entire experience incredibly easy. His service was top notch and he truly treated me as a valued customer. This was by far my most enjoyable car buying experience and I was really worried service was top notch and he truly treated me as a valued customer. This was by far my most enjoyable car buying experience and I was really worried since it was my first used car purchase. He always picked up the phone, answered all my questions, and most importantly trusted that I was gonna follow through on my end. This guy is a gem!!! Audrie and Kyle were incredible as well. Kyle even drove the temporary plates to my house and Audrey was able to schedule me for service on the same day of when an issue occurred the day after I bought the truck. More

There are good choices along John Deere road to buy vehicles. If you want the whole package of sales, parts, service then go to Zimmerman Honda. Marty was outstanding to work with on a new 2020 CRV vehicles. If you want the whole package of sales, parts, service then go to Zimmerman Honda. Marty was outstanding to work with on a new 2020 CRV EX-L. Our 12 year old CRV EX-L was running great but did not have a backup camera, lane departure, or any of the safety related Honda sensing features. We needed to upgrade. Wow, is this a treat! We have purchased numerous Honda products over the years from a 77 Honda Accord to many others to 2 --2200watt generators this Fall, to this beautiful EX-L. My sister in law bought a new 2019 CRV. My brother just got a 2020 CRV EX. And our neighborhood is full of Honda Pilots, CRV's, and HRV. Super. More
