I took my 2007 Toyota Highlander to DCH for inspection and an oil change. Everyone was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. Little to my chagrin, an hour after I left, my check engine and VCS dashboard li and an oil change. Everyone was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. Little to my chagrin, an hour after I left, my check engine and VCS dashboard lights came on! I called and spoke to the manager Romaine, and said to drive back and they works look at it. I started my car has always been taken to the dealer for work, Johnston’s, Dave Edwards and DCH Toyota dealers. Long story short, they claimed it was part of the electrical system and they didn’t touch that area. It turns out, as they claim, it is a faulty oxygen sensor! Over $400 to repair!!! I was livid! Needless to say, I don’t trust that dealership now. The manager never game me the courtesy of speaking to me, yet I saw him in his office speaking to the rep. The rep stated he could remove the code. If it doesn’t show up again, then the sensor is “once again” working!? If it does, then the sensor is malfunctioning!? I did not believe that an electrical part could magically start working, once it is faulty!? BTW, an oxygen sensor from $26-$148. More

DCH Toyota is consistently excellent in its car care AND its customer service. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years because of this. Once repairs or maintenance service is complete, the cars run good its customer service. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years because of this. Once repairs or maintenance service is complete, the cars run good as new until the next time maintenance is required. The staff who work there, especially in the service department, are knowledgeable, professional, efficient and HONEST. The car mechanics are really skilled in their work. I highly recommend DCH Wappingers Toyota. More

Unhappy with customer service in getting my new vehicle. Appointment made for 1:30pm was finally seen at 3pm. Internet was down so had to wait 30 minutes to make payment. Salesperson handed me the keys with Appointment made for 1:30pm was finally seen at 3pm. Internet was down so had to wait 30 minutes to make payment. Salesperson handed me the keys with ZERO explanation of car amenities. Had to return 4 days later as I could connect my phone to vehicle (no instructions in handbook) and no instruction from salesperson. Poor poor service!!!! More
