Hello, Please let me start by saying I never respond like this. You're accusing yourself something that's impossible. recognizing that you're not a technician, however some simple research would show doing it all change has nothing to do with an oxygen sensor that's not changing its readings. you were speaking with our assistance service manager who was also our customer relations manager. this is the same person who happened to help you with the service work in the first place. Our reputation is too important to trick or manipulate people into doing additional work. If fact, we're booked up for 2 weeks because we can't get to the work that we currently have. So why would we be sabotaging vehicles looking for more. I get that you're frustrated but this review is completely unjust. furthermore, your pricing for oxygen sensors are for parts only an aftermarket.
