I bought a used Camry and the car is amazing. The staff were extremely respectful and kind, and the process was so smooth. I was able to buy the car and drive it home in only a few hours! Prior to buying this car I had bought a lemon car from a used car dealership and was really nervous about getting a new one. However, the people here are trustworthy and sell good cars. Were reachable and also very detailed on add ons and options. 1/31 - Reducing the rating for the referral experience i had. Referred a friend to this dealership. This dealership have an referral reward program. They forgot to fill the form at initial stage of purchase which I filled later by going to the dealership. Still have not got the reward and the person who is responsible for his process is not picking calls. Not a nice referral experience. I am following up for last 2 months. Thanks More
