I went in with a good sense of what I wanted, but Paula graciously answered my questions about the variations in models and gave her advice based on my preferences. She was knowledgeable and honest, making the process very transparent. She is one of the first sales reps I've worked with, in any capacity, that wasn't at all pushy. Paula didn't try to sell me on any features or vehicles she knew I didn't need or want, but instead worked with me to get the car I wanted. She was friendly and professional, and I would be happy to work with her in the future. Sarah, the finance manager, took care of everything quickly which enabled me to leave with the car as the finance was taken care of that night. Overall, a great experience. More

Wondeful Car Buying Experience I had been looking for a new car for about 6 months and knew that I wanted a Honda. Initially, my boyfriend and I visited the dealership last Fall an I had been looking for a new car for about 6 months and knew that I wanted a Honda. Initially, my boyfriend and I visited the dealership last Fall and meet with Josh who took the time to test drive multiple vehicles with us and answer all of our questions. We were not ready to purchase a vehicle at that time and wanted to wait to test drive a new Civic Hatchback. Upon our return to the dealership this past weekend we were again greeted by Josh, but ultimately worked with Paula. We test drove both the Civic Sedan and Hatchback and ended up purchasing the Sedan. The process was stress-free (as it possibly could have been) and we left feeling like we made a great decision and that we were taken care of from start to finish. Paula (and Josh previously) made us feel comfortable and encouraged us to ask as many questions as we needed, take as much time as we needed and guided us through the process without any pressure. This was my second car buying experience from Dover Honda (I worked with and purchased a Civic with Bob Drake years ago and he was great as well) and I certainly do not believe it will be my last! More

Paula Redden saves the day! My 23 year old son recently needed a vehicle after his Chevy Tahoe died. He did his research and ended up at Dover Honda. He has never had a loan before and was hopeful he would qualify on his own. Paula was the consummate professional, addressing him directly as he was the client. I greatly appreciated and respected that gesture. Paula gave him many options and after conferring with Bob Drake, eventually ended up with a 2016 Honda Civic at a very competitive price. Bob even went above and beyond to secure a lower interest loan for him. Two days later he drove off the lot an extremely satisfied customer. I know he and I both will be back again to patronize Dover Honda. Thank you Paula! More

Almost as painless as ordering fast food Communicated all through text. My job sites arent always the easiest to talk around. Texting for me was important. All texts where answered timely and pertained all the information. Bob was who I text when discussing my options and purchase price and Paula handled the transaction and delivery at the dealership. Paula was was great along with her dog Charley. Upbeat fun and the most enjoyable car experience I've had. We buy Hondas and have utilized other dealerships in the past however that has changed going forward. This made my daughters first car even more enjoyable. We will be back. More

Paula had such a great attitude and energy about her, which made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process and took away from any anxieties/ reservations I had about purchasing my first car by myself! She chose the perfect used car for me, in unbelievable condition, and at a ridiculously good price. Tony was super helpful and gave me an incredible deal on my trade in, Marsha worked so hard to get me approved for a loan and made the paperwork process quick and easy to follow, and Bob Drake made sure that my experience was seamless and that I was happy with my purchase. Although I'm new to the car buying experience, the atmosphere at Dover Honda was unlike anything I've felt at any other dealership I've been to. There was zero pressure to upgrade to anything that was out of my price range. The whole process was transparent and I knew that no numbers were being hidden from me.
