Used car sales manager Carlo Borg began working at Don Ayres Thirteen years ago, and he can see why people in the community have so much respect for the dealership. This is a 6 star dealership not a 5 star , I & my family have and own over 12 Honda's over a period of the 30 yrs , currently we have 3 Honda's now a 1992 Honda & a 2006 Accord, 1996 Accord witch is brand new and it is in my garage & has less than 1000 miles on it . Just to let you know I am a 47 yrs service technician for a local industrial fork lift dealership & have a very good knowledge of what excellent service is all about..... Puchase of a Honda Accord from Don Ayres I honestly didn't think I was going to get anywhere when I visited the Don Ayers Honda dealership in Fort Wayne IN. But when I got there I was pleased I honestly didn't think I was going to get anywhere when I visited the Don Ayers Honda dealership in Fort Wayne IN. But when I got there I was pleased with the friendly sales people there, I was just looking the first time so I left, but an e-mail from Jeff to "remaind me that they were still there" I came back and I could tell the difference in experience and friendliness from other dealerships, "and I have been in several of them in the past few months" 1st car I buy from Don Ayers and I thank from Jeff Gilmore, Carlo Borg and yes (there is an Italian Pizza in Wabash Carlo) to John Hoffman and everyone else I got to talk to for the attention it was given to me, they make me feel like a person. Exceptional Customer Service This was probably the most pleasant experience I've ever had in shopping for a car. The dealership was very busy when I was there, however, everyone made sure that someone was working with you or asked if you needed anything. Chad Oberlin was busy with a couple of other customers as well as me, but I never felt neglected or put upon. Chad was very personable and seemed very interested in helping me get into the car I wanted. I got a good deal on the car and they were willing to work with me. If I know of anyone who is looking for a car, I will definitely recommend Don Ayres Honda. Thanks for making it a good experience. More
