You all should have my contact info. I provided it to your GM who never responded to it. To act as if you have no idea of my contact info or of my dissatisfaction just adds insult to injury! Speak to Mr Matos and Mr Gillet and look in your files and you will see my contact info!

Hello Gina I have sent you 2 emails to date. I need assistance and was waiting for a return call. I need to set up an appointment. No one delivered the car to me once it was purchased. The salesman that was handling my sale. Once I signed on the dotted line he left and didn’t teach me how to use the car I was told to make an appointment at my convenience cause I’m about 22 miles away from you all. and I haven’t been I haven’t been able to do that yet. I’m tied up this weekend, but possibly next weekend I’d like to come in. I do not want to talk to Errol Gillette or Cesar. If you could kindly get back to me, it would be greatly appreciated. It’s very frustrating to purchase a new car that you were all excited about only to be extremely frustrated because you don’t know how to work the car and nobody cared. Once I signed down the dotted line whether I could work the car that I just bought or not. Melinda Boone
