We had an appointment for our 2018 Santa Fe set up for Friday the 10th. On Thursday the 9th Cesar called me with an offer to discuss trading in our vehicle for a 2022. I agreed to talk with him about it. Friday the 10th. On Thursday the 9th Cesar called me with an offer to discuss trading in our vehicle for a 2022. I agreed to talk with him about it. After hearing Cesar out and talking numbers we came to an agreement and in the end, traded up to a beautiful new 2022 Sante Fe. Everything was explained clearly and there were no surprises...except for how wonderful our new vehicle is. All of the upgrades are taking some getting used to but overall, we love the Santa Fe. This is the 5th vehicle we have bought from Universal Hyundai and as long as the store is around we will remain loyal customers. More
