James and other staff made it a wonderful relaxing experience. They showed me what cars were available how much it would cost to the penny and there were no games. When the car arrived I was notified it was propped up the same day and they went to every single detail of the car and I was on my way in under an hour can't say enough about Beaver Toyota I also own other Toyotas and there Service and parts are exceptional thank you James! Walked in looking for a new car but with low new car inventory there was nothing to offer. James heard what we were looking for and suggested we take a look at a 6 month old version of what we were loo inventory there was nothing to offer. He did a little digging and confirmed it was a managers vehicle so had actually never left the dealership ownership. James's knowledge of all aspects of the car gave us great confidence in our purchase. Thanks James! More

The service I received was very sub standard, after scheduling an 1100 appointment I sat for an hour and realized my vehicle was still sitting in the lot and clearly this was taking longer than I expec scheduling an 1100 appointment I sat for an hour and realized my vehicle was still sitting in the lot and clearly this was taking longer than I expected. When I asked Chad what the holdup was, he said they’re backed, I stated I had an 1100 appointment, he responded, yeah you and everyone else. What is the purpose of the appointment. The service manager tried to make right, offered me a. Comped rental. However, after 10 minutes of waiting for the person to help me, I left. I went to to Keith Pierson and got the same service, without an appointment and was done in 90 minutes. I’ll be going there from now on More
