I was honestly worried the car was near the end of its life, but the team diagnosed the issues correctly, completed major repairs in a surprisingly short timeframe, and charged a very fair price for the amount of work involved.
What impressed me most was Chelsea’s communication, professionalism, and efficiency throughout the process. They treated my car with care and never made me feel pressured or taken advantage of. It’s rare to find a service department that delivers quality work, reasonable pricing, and quick turnaround all at the same time.
Thanks to their hard work, my ATS is back on the road and running great again. I highly recommend this dealership’s service department to anyone looking for honest and dependable automotive service.

She was able to take my car in, figure out the issue and repair it. The best part was that she was able to get me into a rental while they repaired my car. I got constant updates about the car. When they figured out the issue she explained exactly what it was and how long it would take to fix. When I finally picked up my car, it was already on the lot washed and ready to go! Thanks again to Chelsea and the rest of the Mark Christopher staff for helping me out.
