I originally went in for an oil change on my 2024 Honda HR-V Sport AWD in Milano Red — a car I lovingly kept in pristine, like-new condition, with only 3,000 miles after 17 months. It was always hand-washed and detailed by me, accessorized inside and out, and parked safely in my driveway. To my delight, Chong Lee provided a great quote that included added accessories and a fair trade-in difference. The transition was seamless, thanks to the wonderful Kay Mercado, who handled everything with warmth and professionalism. Kay is smart, efficient, and ensured I left the same day with my new 2025 HR-V Sport AWD — same bold Milano Red, same features, and the same exterior accessories ordered. A special thanks to the gentleman in the service waiting area named Darren Lenino who kindly asked if anyone needed anything. She was able to connect me with Duveryney Villalobos one of their Ho of their internet account managers and she was extremely responsive and helpful. I personally have not had a car shopping experience at a dealership go so well before. The staff was polite and friendly, answered all my questions, and I walked away with a brand new 2025 Honda CRV Hybrid Sport Touring. The man is professional, honest, respectful, friendly and helpful, everything you'd hope to find in a car sales person. He knows his products and is diligent in his effort to work toward a reasonable and fair deal. The same goes for Sales Manager Chong Lee. We have worked with both these men in the past and hope to continue to do so in the future.
