I started working at Klaben when I was 16 years old, answering phones and filing paperwork. Throughout my high school and college years, I took on various roles at the dealership which helped to expand my knowledge and understanding of the business. I started working in the Finance Department at the age of 23, while completing my MBA at the University of Akron. I had a strong curiosity and interest in Finance, mostly because of my love for working with people and numbers. I worked as a Finance Manager for 19 years, and transitioned to the role of Sales Manager in August 2021. I am proud to work for a company that grounds itself in customer loyalty and satisfaction and have enjoyed the relationships I have built with several of my customers over the years.

I couldn't say enough amazing things about the team at Klaben! I've had, what feels like, one of the worst months of my life and the team here couldn't have made the process of finding a new car any easie Klaben! I've had, what feels like, one of the worst months of my life and the team here couldn't have made the process of finding a new car any easier! Luke kept everything I wanted in mind while we tried to find something to replace my "new to me" car that I had just lost. I couldn't be more grateful for Luke and Christine for doing everything in their power to get me the car I wanted for the 2nd time in 2 years and making the process as easy as possible. I left confident that I made the right decision with all of my questions answered. Denise in the finance department was so patient while I bombarded her with questions but this entire experience reassured me that there isn't anywhere else to go but the Kent Klaben Ford. Once again Klaben helps me get into a vehicle I absolutely love! Louis helped find exactly what I wanted and was quick to have everything put together. Just bought a new Lincoln. Had it built. On the day I arrived to do the paperwork and pick it up, there were no less than seven people who got involved (!) including Richard Kl Had it built. On the day I arrived to do the paperwork and pick it up, there were no less than seven people who got involved (!) including Richard Klaben, the owner. Richard set the tone, sharing how important it is for him that each Klaben person listens to the customer and uses empathy for the customer's situation before making any decision--whether it be a decision about pricing, delivery, service, or any extra that might need attention. My salesperson, Doug Lewin, is a great human being who counts himself successful ONLY if the customer is 100 percent satisfied. Sean Bradford, in service, showed up to share a dozen interesting and heartfelt points of view about customer service and how his shop is committed to it. Frankly, given that Lincoln built and delivered the car during an autoworker's strike, there were one or several things that went wrong during the process. At each of these points, Klaben stepped in to "make it right." I've been with Klaben for eight years and that phrase is one I have heard very, very often. When something goes wrong. They fix the problem. Period. I have never had any Klaben employee dance around, trying to deflect a problem with smoke and mirrors. This organization wants to "do the right thing." Each time. Every time. Klaben is going all in on Lincoln, building a new showroom, committing to provide dedicated Lincoln service. At this point, they are the best Lincoln dealer in the state. When the new digs are done, they will be one of the best Lincoln dealerships in the country. Lucky me. Lucky you. Go meet these people. They will make you smile. More

I have been a customer of Klaben for 25 years and will never buy or lease a vehicle from anywhere else. You can count on the Klaben family, from the top down, to treat you with respect and friendliness. There is absolutely no high pressure sales. They will listen to your needs and what you are looking for. They will help guide you through the process to make sure you are comfortable with your purchase. Richard Klaben and Christine Klaben worked with me personally to assist in a very difficult situation and I could not be more grateful for their honesty and guidance, My salesperson, Chris Moldas, spent all the time I needed to walk me through the application process and then make sure I got familiar with every part of my new vehicle, including connecting my phone to the vehicle and setting up the Ford app so I could use remote start and all the functions it offers. Jennifer, in finance, had me laughing while signing all the paperwork. She took her time to explain each piece and, on a very difficult day for me, truly took the time to brighten my spirits and make sure I left Klaben smiling. Klaben is more than just a car dealership. They will always stand by their customers and do everything they can to assist in your purchase, maintenance, and any other need you may have. More

After years of leasing, I decided I wanted to purchase a car. I’ve had Fords in the past, but recently had gone with other vehicles. From start to finish, I can’t say enough about how I was treated at Klabe car. I’ve had Fords in the past, but recently had gone with other vehicles. From start to finish, I can’t say enough about how I was treated at Klaben Ford! Everyone was friendly, engaging, informative but never pushy or overbearing! They took their time with me, and I even stretched it out to two visits before I did purchase a Ford Escape. There was a great inventory to choose from, and my salesman. Mike Cooney was extremely patient and relaxed while answering all my questions. I would highly recommend the dealership. More

I LOVE Klaben Ford so much, I drove up from South Carolina to purchase my first car in 20 years!!! I bought my very first car from them, a Ford EXP, in 1986.
