I started working at Klaben when I was 16 years old, answering phones and filing paperwork. Throughout my high school and college years, I took on various roles at the dealership which helped to expand my knowledge and understanding of the business. I started working in the Finance Department at the age of 23, while completing my MBA at the University of Akron. I had a strong curiosity and interest in Finance, mostly because of my love for working with people and numbers. I worked as a Finance Manager for 19 years, and transitioned to the role of Sales Manager in August 2021. I am proud to work for a company that grounds itself in customer loyalty and satisfaction and have enjoyed the relationships I have built with several of my customers over the years.

Scott was incredible from start to finish in the purchase of my Bronco. Coming from a Honda Accord for the past 17 years- the Bronco was a big change and I had a ton of questions. Scott was knowledgeable, patient and always friendly and enjoyable to talk to throughout the process. Because I decided to have a Bronco built it was a longer process (4 months in my case) which meant even more time to ask a ton of questions. When we discussed pricing and trade in value Scott was honest and direct - helping us have a very fair and enjoyable transaction. As a real estate broker I greatly value a good salesperson- and Scott was excellent. I highly recommend working with him and will refer him to anyone looking for a Ford or Lincoln. More

Daughter came in for thanksgiving was on the way to get it serviced ran into Chris Moldas and asked if we were interested in something newer.
