I started working at Klaben when I was 16 years old, answering phones and filing paperwork. Throughout my high school and college years, I took on various roles at the dealership which helped to expand my knowledge and understanding of the business. I started working in the Finance Department at the age of 23, while completing my MBA at the University of Akron. I had a strong curiosity and interest in Finance, mostly because of my love for working with people and numbers. I worked as a Finance Manager for 19 years, and transitioned to the role of Sales Manager in August 2021. I am proud to work for a company that grounds itself in customer loyalty and satisfaction and have enjoyed the relationships I have built with several of my customers over the years.

The dealership is very nice and well maintained. The finance person that I worked with was exceptionally professional and quick. The parts department was equally professional as well. Louis was patient finance person that I worked with was exceptionally professional and quick. The parts department was equally professional as well. Louis was patient with me over the last few weeks sending me pictures and keeping me updated via text messages. The only hiccup we had was the truck had a couple damages to if and it wasn’t set up as advertised. The pictures showed gray interior and it has black and it called out a bed liner that wasn’t in the truck. All in all it was a good experience and I will promote Klaben. More
