My experience at Gateway From the salesman all the way through management and the FI department were excellent. Everyone was enjoyable to work with and were very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Lastly, I worked with Tim in accessories to order some additional things I wanted for my new Lyric. That was less than a week ago and the accessories have already been delivered. The entire process was stress-free and low to no pressure. It was clear to me that their only goal was to get me into a car that I wanted and they believed would meet both my wants and needs. They succeeded. There have been a few follow up items since getting the car and those matters have been handled in the same exemplary manner. More
