When I came in June 2024 for oil change I was down 3 qts
of oil. I burned and added 4 qts of oil between June and Dec 2024. In Dec I started an oil consumption test. In Jan 2026 after 1000 miles I was told
of oil. I burned and added 4 qts of oil between June and Dec 2024. In Dec I started an oil consumption test. In Jan 2026 after 1000 miles I was told I was down 1/2 qt which was stated to be normal. Is it normal? At that rate I'll be adding 2 1/2 qts before my next oil change!
