Cosmo was very nonchalant I. e uninterested behavior. Seemed a bit ansi. Whereas he is supposed to be more helpful and provide details on the work of the car and any questions I m e uninterested behavior. Seemed a bit ansi. Car wash was horrible like there was still grime on the wheel in some parts. Overall quality dropped. I liked the real time car work update via video More

I came to get my 2024 M4 Competition it’s annual oil change. Left with a disappointment of the quality of the customer service! I book an appointment in advance to have a service car ready, when I got t change. Left with a disappointment of the quality of the customer service! I book an appointment in advance to have a service car ready, when I got there, the service team was not sure if they would have one available until someone returns a service vehicle… Luckily as they were explaining they don’t have a service car and that they would get me an enterprise car, another patron was returning the service car and that car will be ready for me. I came to my appointment at 10am to have my car serviced. I explained to Cosmo that I needed a service car for just few hours as I wanted to shop around Westbury and Roosevelt field mall. I told him I just want an oil change for my M4 and that hopefully the service only takes 90 mins as I didn’t want to spend the entire day at Westbury. I ask how long he thinks the service may take and he said possibly a few hours which I understood. I took the service car they got ready for me after waiting a while and went shopping. As the day was nearing, around 4pm I started to call Cosmo to get an update, he said a mechanic is looking at the car and servicing the vehicle. About 30mins later, I get a text that the service mechanic changed the oil and show a video of his update of the vehicle check status. I waited about 15mins to get an update from Cosmo which he did not and I had call the service department to get in touch with him to see if I can return and bring the service car back and get my car back. He followed up and said that he will let me know. I was already done for the day so I just went to BMW to pick up my car and got there at 5pm. This is where I was really disappointed and embarrassed infront of my family with the lack of communication from Cosmo as the car took forever to be ready. Me and my family waited for about 1hr until the car was ready! This is unacceptable as the mechanic had already cleared the car to be ready at ~4:30pm and I did not need any car wash done by the service department as I only hand wash my car so I don’t understand how my car was ready at 6pm?!!! How does it takes 90 mins from service mechanic to be ready for the customer?!!! Unacceptable communication, made me feel embarrassed and really made me think if this is the quality of service an individual gets that has spent money to buy a flagship car at Rallye BMW… More
