I was in the need to purchase a vehicle for my granddaughter. A close friend of mine's brother, Kenny Jones, works at Toyota of Cleveland so I gave him a call. Kenny was not available but I was tr granddaughter. A close friend of mine's brother, Kenny Jones, works at Toyota of Cleveland so I gave him a call. Kenny was not available but I was transferred to Laurie Hughes. I talked to her for some time and described what I was looking for, a low milage Camry. She told me she worked closely with Kenny and would relay the information. She sent me an "ipacket" on the Camry and I made arrangements to visit the dealership. I loved the car and Kenny spent time with me discussing how to get the "title" in another person's name. We went on a drive and Kenny showed me all of the systems on the car. Kenny introduced me to Crystal Thompson who spent time helping me complete the necessary paperwork. She also spent time going over the extended warranty options available on this car. All in all, a most enjoyable experience, a dealership a would recommend without reservation. More

As we decided between a couple of Toyota models, Gregg was very patient with us; he was very attentive to our particular needs, he was thorough, and very knowledgeable. He always put us at ease with no pushy sales tactics. We decided on the RAV4 Hybrid, but the dealership didn’t currently have the trim line that met our needs. Speaking with Gregg, he assured us that he would be able to acquire the vehicle we wanted; he said it may take time. After much effort on Gregg’s part as well as several others behind the scenes, they got the exact vehicle we wanted. Throughout the process, Gregg stayed in touch with us the entire time; he assured us the vehicle was coming and provided delivery updates every step of the way. It’s not always easy to get the exact vehicle you want, sometimes it just takes time due to many reasons. Toyota of Cleveland came through and it was actually the best vehicle purchase experience we ever had. We also want to mention Crystal Thompson, the Finance Manager, who did an outstanding job going over the various warranty options. And finally, we want to acknowledge the General Manager, Monte Burney, we were very impressed with the entire operation, and it clearly starts at the top. We had several conversations with him during our experience, and you can easily see he puts people first…his customers and his employees.
