Working with Klaben Ford Kent and Rob Simon has by far been the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Extremely welcoming and helpful every step of the way. From start to finish, Rob always did everything he could to ensure I had a smooth and positive experience. Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, Rob made purchasing a new vehicle as easy as possible. Working with the Klaben Parts and Service departments, especially Curt, Steve, and Tyler, was also an incredible experience. They, too, were very helpful, friendly, and made sure I had a great experience every step of the way. Klaben is not a car dealership. They are an experience provider in the vehicle industry. The standard. Needless to say, they have a customer for life, and I will certainly be recommending Klaben and Rob to all my friends and family. Highly recommend! More

I use Klaben Ford's Service Department for oil changes, multi-point inspections, tire rotations, (and because they price match anyone local) new tires when needed. Then when I get my oil changes done, the multi-point inspections, tire rotations, (and because they price match anyone local) new tires when needed. Then when I get my oil changes done, the tire rotations are free. I've been going here now every 5,000 miles for over 10 years. The service department is fantastic. They are busy. But that is because they are good. I can send my wife in there with a vehicle and I don't have to worry about anyone taking advantage of her by bringing up several issues they "found." Don't get me wrong, they bring up legitimate services that they recommend. And then I can decide if I'd like to take care of it myself, or have them quote it. Regardless, Kim Wolfram is our Service Advisor and I trust her completely. She knows me. She knows our vehicles. She helps me get the services I want, and tells me about others. I generally do my own brakes, wipers, air filters, etc. But they change the oil, get me tires, and look over everything each time I come. And if I turn down a suggested service, there's never any browbeating. Kim has been able to explain anything I've asked. She always takes her time with me. And when I leave, I know what is going on with my vehicle. I know it's safe. And I don't have to think about it anymore. Our family is growing, and last month it was time to shop for a crew cab half ton pickup. We didn't even really consider anything but an F-150. Not because I'm in love with those. It's as good as any. But because I knew if I bought a certified used Ford, Kim would have my back. Kim is in service, but she sells cars. I buy certified used Fords (sometimes from other folks even) so I can use Klaben. I live in Atwater. Sarchione's is quite a bit closer. But I can't afford to start over building a new relationship with some other Service Advisor to save an extra 15 min drive. Kim is like having a trusted aunt that works on cars. And she's a pro. My son’s fusion unfortunately had a bent rim. The parts department was excellent trying to help us.
