Awful Worst customer service! They had my husbands truck for several days and failed to tell him they wouldn’t be able to get to it to work on it. Meanwhile Worst customer service! They had my husbands truck for several days and failed to tell him they wouldn’t be able to get to it to work on it. Meanwhile he had to get a rental when that could have been avoided. We then had to take the truck back down to have it fixed and was kept for almost 2 months and at the end of all of this still had to pay for a rental bc they didn’t have the decency to call anyone. We bought my car from them 2 years ago and after this most recent experience we will never be back. More

Good service. I left my vehicle for service and it was taken care of in a timely manner. David Truitt explained some parts that needed to be replaced before the wo I left my vehicle for service and it was taken care of in a timely manner. Very helpful When I expressed doubt that my “new” car needed services as it had less than 2500 miles on it Mr. Truitt immediately said not to do it if I felt it wa When I expressed doubt that my “new” car needed services as it had less than 2500 miles on it Mr. Truitt immediately said not to do it if I felt it wasn’t needed. After a little discussion I had to laugh at myself as I remembered that it was my policy twice a year and doing that allowed me to drive my previous car for 18 years. I asked Mr. Truitt if he could help me figure out a couple of things that the service manual made to sense to me on. He was determined that I would not leave until all questions were answered. He got me the help I needed and I’m truly grateful to “Miss Sue” for her patience with me as she made sure all questions were answered. The only complaint I have so far is that service manual..... it makes no sense at all on certain functions of the car. All in all it was a pleasant experience. More
