This is the new benchmark! The entire team that I worked with did an amazing job of handling all aspects of this transaction. Dirk was able to quickly understand what I already knew, and what I didn't about the operation of all of the new interfaces and systems. He was really fun to spend time with. Alan and Nez perfectly navigated one or two potential pitfalls (not expected when buying a used vehicle) with resolutions that were fair to both parties. The whole process was fast, fair, and fun.
