Don was excellent to deal with through out the entire process. Very knowledgeable, is customer focused and had great follow-up from the day I ordered my GX550 until the day it arrived! Cristian is also top notch! He also spent time with me as I considered various options on how to equip my new GX. He showed me what he had done to his personal car. Three words that come to mind. Nathan was very helpful and patient while we test drove multiple cars multiple times. The dealership is spotless and everyone I interacted with was very polite and helpful. We have been pleased with the car until today when we realized that, contrary to what the salesman assured us, the car taker premium gas not regular gas. This was a specific question we had because I was realized that, contrary to what the salesman assured us, the car taker premium gas not regular gas. This was a specific question we had because I was misled about the type of gas in a previous car. We were definitely assured that this one used regular gas. I do not appreciate misleading sales techniques. I guess we are stuck with the car but certainly will consider this for future purchases. More

Ever step of our purchase was professional, easy and fast once we choose our Lexus. Our sales person Don was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Jeff the finance manager reviewed all our purchase o once we choose our Lexus. Our sales person Don was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Jeff the finance manager reviewed all our purchase options and was informative, but not pushy. The young lady that helped us with taking possession of our new car, helped set up various features and said to call any time with questions. A wonderful experience!! More
