Went in for basic service on F150 Super Crew, oil change, rotate tires. When I received my truck back and paid I noticed the right side wheels had not been rotated. After mentioning this to my service adviso rotate tires. When I received my truck back and paid I noticed the right side wheels had not been rotated. After mentioning this to my service advisor, he looked into the situation and came back and said the tech took the wheels off, got distracted and put them back in the same position. I'll never know for sure if this is a "routine" oversight or a 1x event but it makes a consumer question the service. Unfortunately this isn't the first time I've questioned whether service was actually performed or not. I've always had a good experience with the service advisor but not sure what happens when it gets back to the service bay. Lastly and I have to take full responsibility, I always assumed that when tires are rotated they would also be balanced. Apparently that's not the case. More
