I have nearly forty years of service here at Smythe Volvo. The complete level of comfort in knowing all the employees and customers very well is definitely the best part about working here. My favorite Volvo is the Cross Country Wagon. It's an AWD utility vehicle but still more like a car than a truck. It also has a good track record mechanically, performs and handles well. When I'm away from work, spending time with my family is my number one priority, especially with my two grandsons.

I am currently driving my third Volvo, all purchased from Smythe. I have taken all three cars to Smythe Service Department and trust all their Service Managers to honestly represent what is wrong with my ca Smythe. My last service both Dina and Doug were extremely helpful in getting my car repaired (I brought it in on an emergency basis) and back to me faster than I thought possible. I was even provided with a loaner car last minute! The Smythe Service Department (including managers and technicians) are the best! I was also in recently because of a tire problem. The parts department made sure they had the tire I would need and i waited while they inspected the tire they was losing air (it had a nail in it) and they replaced the tire quickly. More

I recently had to make an unanticipated trip to Smythe because of a problem with my car. When I called Smythe I was told to come right over. Service Advisor Dina checked me in and, despite being last minu because of a problem with my car. When I called Smythe I was told to come right over. Service Advisor Dina checked me in and, despite being last minute, was able to provide me with a loaner car. Service Advisor Doug, who had assisted with my prior service and was familiar with the car (2002 V70 wagon), then took over the current issue and explained the car might not be ready until the next day. However, by the end of the day Doug called and advised that the car would be ready for pick up. So despite the last minute nature of my visit, Dina and Doug, along with the technician who worked on the car, worked to ensure that my car was repaired. It is very reassuring to know that I can count on the Smythe Service Department to make every effort and go above and beyond so my car is safe and in great working order. I have had three Volvos and would never take my car anywhere but to Smythe! More

The reasons behind these rewarding experiences are simple: For one, the dealership possesses an extensive knowledge of the product, both inside and out. Next, the company’s business platform is based on the desire to do what’s best for the customer, not the other way around. Finally, the dealership conveys professionalism and respect for every. buying prospect who walks through the door. Recognition goes to the Flanagan family for marketing a fleet of products that hit the mark on every front.
