I have over forty years of service here at Smythe Volvo. The complete level of comfort in knowing all the employees and customers very well is definitely the best part about working here. My favorite Volvo is the Cross Country Wagon. It's an AWD utility vehicle but still more like a car than a truck. It also has a good track record mechanically, performs and handles well. When I'm away from work, spending time with my family is my number one priority, especially with my two grandsons.

I have been a customer at Smythe for many years & have long trusted them to service my cars. Doug MacAdam is one of, if not, the best tech they have. Doug has gone above the norm to make sure my experienc long trusted them to service my cars. Doug MacAdam is one of, if not, the best tech they have. Doug has gone above the norm to make sure my experience is always trouble free. I greatly appreciate how he treats me & I am sure all his customers. He returns my calls at the time he said he would, he is always prepared with the necessary information & answers about my car & always explains my situation in a way that a non-car guy like me can understand. Very grateful for that last one as I hate being talked down too by techs/mechanics. I wish I could give Doug more than 5 stars because he's that good ! More

Jessica, Mark, Ryan, and Regina, went above and beyond to get my car repaired. They keep me in the loop informing me of what had to be done and explaining why it was necessary. Luckily I had an extended war get my car repaired. They keep me in the loop informing me of what had to be done and explaining why it was necessary. Luckily I had an extended warranty and prepaid maintenance covering my car for 10 years of ownership so it was nice to walk away with a $0 repair bill.
