Aside from having to go back twice, salesman (carlos) and sales manager (bald guy) were great to work with. Car (used) had issue with backup camera, Service department (guy with finger tattoo who rides motor sales manager (bald guy) were great to work with. Car (used) had issue with backup camera, Service department (guy with finger tattoo who rides motorcycle) took care of the warranty claim the next afternoon and made it a very pleasant experience. A porter (bigger, Hispanic guy) went out of his way to help me get something out of my trade in. Overall, great experience - seemed like the team I worked with actually cared. Would return, and would refer people to the dealership. JZ More

Carlos, was very cool and transparent. Explained everything clearly. Allowed me to test drive the vehicle. Kept it realistic when it came to payments and what they would be able to do. Carlos also took the time to reach out to me the next day to ensure everything was going great and that I loved the vehicle. Carlos definitely went above and beyond. After being to a couple different dealerships. Carlos definitely made me feel comfortable and not like he was trying to just pawn off any car on me. More

I had scheduled an appointment for service on my vehicle. I got there on time and waited a few minutes to enter the service area.
