He answered all my questions honestly and professionally, he took multiple videos, drove the car taking more videos and gave me a thorough birds eye view of the car setting me at ease knowing he was honest with his opinions and disclosures. The service department was there on the phone when the car was delivered to answer any questions and stayed on the phone until the car was off the covered trailer and I was satisfied with the delivery. Wow! First of all, a part was approved for my SUV that was just out of warranty. Secondly, they called to schedule the part replacement. I was on my way to volunteer at the food bank.
