Always a good experience at the woodlands dealership. Excellent customer service every time I’ve come there. I love it so much! I bought two at one time. The best of the best!!! Though my car, not a Mercedes, your team afforded me the same courtesy as a Mercedes owner including a free loaner car; a Mercedes, while you were servicing mine. My car was in for general maintenance and a safety check. Amongst other general services needed to my car, I also needed 4 new tires and of course, a 4 wheel alignment. While reviewing your estimate, I checked your tire pricing against other local discount tire centers and found your pricing competitively comparable. This was surprising due to the fact that you are a High Line Mercedes Dealership in the heart of The Woodlands.
