This has been the most dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with—completely untrustworthy. Despite purchasing two Escalades from this dealership on the same day, I was met with nothing but excuses and dealt with—completely untrustworthy. Despite purchasing two Escalades from this dealership on the same day, I was met with nothing but excuses and unkept promises regarding the lease of a 2024 Lyriq. It is absolutely unacceptable for the general manager to look a customer in the eye, shake their hand, and promise to deliver a car at an agreed-upon price, only to later provide a bunch of excuses about needing more time and claiming that they are doing you a favor and getting you out of a negative equity car. Amazingly and conveniently the other car I was interested in leasing is no longer available because the dealership owner sold it. These excuses reflect unprofessionalism and a complete lack of integrity. If you are unable to deliver on a product or agreement, the least you can do is be honest and say, “We’re sorry, but we cannot complete this deal.” This level of dishonesty and mismanagement is unacceptable and leaves a lasting negative impression on your business and more importantly on the Cadillac brand.
