I finally decided to take Klaben Ford’s in Kent advice and try their Mobile Service — “We come to you!” option for an oil change and full service, "The Works". Wow, what a wonderful experience! They arriv and try their Mobile Service — “We come to you!” option for an oil change and full service, "The Works". Wow, what a wonderful experience! They arrived right on time, were finished within an hour, and the technician Seth was extremely personable and professional. It couldn’t have been easier or more convenient. I’ll definitely be using their mobile at-home service again in the future. More

Gaven was great! The Thursday morning after the car was towed into Klaben. He set me up with a rental right away. Being 1:30 away he was able to work the rental pick The Thursday morning after the car was towed into Klaben. He set me up with a rental right away. Being 1:30 away he was able to work the rental pick up with my local enterprise. The n Wednesday of the following week they were able to get my Mach-e in for service. I his highly impressed with the text with video link that was sent to me by Alex who did a video documenting the issue that was getting ping on with my Mach-e. Myself , my wife and several of our co workers and peers were also impressed that the tech and Klaben would send such an amazing video with great description of what was going on with the Mach-e. We were able to pick up the Mach-e on Thursday. At pickup I met with Gavin and also spoke with Aaron who were both great to meet. I was highly impressed by the enter interaction of all involved. Thank you Klaben for taking care of a customer that was not local and made us feel at home. More

Gavin was 5 star, he went out of his ear to make sure the root problem was addressed. In my opinion the scheduling of work could improve, l took my truck in as scheduled on Monday but on Thursday I called bu root problem was addressed. I had the battery replaced. They did a good job replacing the battery after they realized that I needed a higher crank rating.
