Contacted this dealer on line through chat and told "We are always welcome to come to the dealership to test drive a vehicle". Said multiple times we would like to come in today. Upon arrival we were met by a salesperson who was terse and rude after I told him I contacted them before coming to the dealership. He told me I must be at the wrong place and told they don't do test drives on Friday thru Sunday. We are serious buyers and they just lost a customer. We went there because they seem to have a larger inventory than other dealers in our particular interest. Now we know why their customer service stinks!! More

I walked in, told Carlos what I was looking for and he pointed me to Gus, who was super quick with helping me get the car I wanted the same day! I spoke with Gus Aldulaimi a sales assistant manager a couple days back to come and meet with him as I wanted to buy a Jeep. Gus told me to come Friday morning and when I asked what time he said he would be there all morning and to come in anytime. I would have preferred an appointment but he hang up too quickly.. I left work to go to the dealership this morning only to be told once I arrived today is Gus day off. I insisted I had spoken with him and he had told me to come in this morning.. in vain; front desk did not seem to care much about fixing the situation... I have been working in customer service for 30+ years and the service I received this morning in addition to wasting my time was actually pretty ridiculous. I googled Gus Aldulaimi and saw that he was not really reliable but decided to give him a chance and to give it a try anyways since I knew exactly what Jeep I wanted... Well, my mistake! A big waste of time. I ended up going to the Mission Valley dealership and am buying my car from them. TO OTHERS: AVOID WASTING YOUR TIME AT THE HERCULES STREET DEALERSHIP! More
