My experience with the staff was great. The staff was friendly and informative. The state of the waiting area made my experience a bit less comfortable. The white chairs were dirty and significantly worn. The space was not what I would expect from a Kia dealership. It doesn’t need to be fancy, I’ll take clean and simple anyway over fancy. Hopefully changes/improvements can be made to that space. More

I brought my vehicle in for service not only was my car there for a week but they also tried to charge me $200 dollars for a loaner vehicle they then called me and told me my vehicle was all fixed i got to there for a week but they also tried to charge me $200 dollars for a loaner vehicle they then called me and told me my vehicle was all fixed i got to the dealer to only find out that my car was not fixed and i was having the same issue the manager told me well we fixed the problem and there is nothing that we could do i will never buy from a bob rohrman dealer again not only did they loose my service they lost a customer as a kia owner i traded my vehicle in after only having it for 11 months its a shame how terrible the service and poor customer service quality is!!!!! More
