I brought my 2019 Traverse in for a leaking sunroof. I never even open the sunroof. It was determined it needed the drains unclogged. I was quoted $250 and was ok with that. However, I was then told it I never even open the sunroof. It was determined it needed the drains unclogged. I was quoted $250 and was ok with that. However, I was then told it was a more severe case and I was charged $1250 and the vehicle was kept over night. When I received the invoice nothing stated any extensive work or materials used to justify the charges. I have called the service dept. and was not given any reasons for 5 hours of labor charged. I have spoken with 2 other dealerships and got the same quote of $200-250. Non of them stated this is a difficult repair or mention of any addition charges. I have viewed many videos now on how to clear it myself. Which would only take 20-30 mins to do including the water drain test. I'm very disappointed, as I have been going to Mark Christopher for many years. I will be investigating this with the Bureau of Automotive Repair. More

Jackie and Jeff in service as well as the loaner/rental dept were amazing. Great communication and urgency to get my truck fixed and me back in it asap. Dropped off our only company delivery truck last Friday, October 3rd, and was told when I made the appointment it would be while we waited or at least the same day. When we got there to drop off, we were told that service needed to order the part and it would be Monday now instead. That's fine, but they should have known that because they knew what recall the truck was coming in for. Called throughout last week and COULD NOT get an answer from anyone about the status. Only received a text Wednesday evening that she would have an answer Friday, October 10th but still nothing. Finally had to pick up my truck Monday, October 13th and nothing was done. Also, no status on the part and no service advisor to speak to. I still have not heard anything about when or if the part was coming in or when I could bring my truck back in. More

First service on this truck at Mark Christopher. Was hesitant to take it because the past few services performed on my 2019 GMC were subpar. I had spark plugs and waited changed and when I got my tr Was hesitant to take it because the past few services performed on my 2019 GMC were subpar. I had spark plugs and waited changed and when I got my truck back and did an inspection I noticed that the technician had brok n my engine compartment harness mount on driver side. Nothing was mentioned to me. On another visit I had my brakes done on my 2019 in which they never replaced the brake monitor sensor which should be done every time with the brakes. I also had the battery changed out on my 2019 GMC sierra and the tech left one of the battery bracket bolts on my engine cowl in which I found later. I'm expecting much more from dealership service than I have received in the past. This last visit though with my 2025 GMC sierra checked out ok. I went through everything and did my own inspection just to make sure everything was done right. I think a little more quality control on your guys end after a vehicle has been serviced may put my mind more at ease in taking my vehicles to the dealership for service. More
