Terrible experience. From selling me a warranty they refuse to honor, to shaving a couple years off said warranty, to failing to mention the car was already under warrant From selling me a warranty they refuse to honor, to shaving a couple years off said warranty, to failing to mention the car was already under warranty from the previous owner. Service department is also a nightmare. They refuse to repair and state they “cannot replicate” every single issue. They left me stranded by denying me service an hour before closing time when my battery died. An issue they were actually taken to court for in a class action lawsuit… which, of course, Subaru lost. They sold me the worst tires I’ve ever purchased for $1000 and they needed to be replaced within the first year. You name it, they’ve figured out a way to make it a very expensive and pointless hassle for the customer. Do NOT buy a car from these crooks. Seriously. More
