Water problem in our Honda Fit Jeff and Dave worked on our car a number of times. We have had a recurring water problem. They have both gone over the top to help us deal with it. We have been customers there for over 10 years, and have continued to have our vehicles serviced there, even after moving to Omaha. We have always been impressed with their service and always have felt that we could trust them. Recently, they truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. While on vacation, and on a Saturday afternoon, the air conditioner on our 9 year old CR-V stopped blowing air. The air conditioner had been replaced about a year before, so I called Honda of Lincoln and left a message wondering which parts had been repaired and if we had a warranty. Even though their service department was closed, the Service Manager, Jeff, called me from home and talked me through the repair. He even visited with the Honda service team in Florida and helped them diagnose the issue, which they had initially misdiagnosed. He also checked back in after the repair to make sure everything was working smoothly. I feel as though Honda of Lincoln doesn't just view its customers as income, they truly care about us and our well being. We will continue to service (and purchase) there going forward. More

This is our 2nd Honda and have used the service departmen My wife and I puchased a new 2015 Honda CRV EX-L with all the options from Honda of Lincoln. This is our 2nd Honda and have used the service department at Honda of Lincoln for both of our vehicles, but not the New Car Dealership. It was the most non-pressured car purchase that we have experienced since owning 6+ new cars. Everything you could want, great selection, friendly staff, all the way from the salesman (Scott S. was the greatest salesman we've encountered) to the finance department (Justin W.). Met all our questions, options, and timelines and most important of all price! No hagglingback and forth:-) Thanks for the great experience. More
