Simply gently telling me everything about the new X3 I had inquired about. Never thinking about buying a BMW. Guess what I walked out with? Lol!! Charlie and his nonpressured selling sure sold me!! He has also contacted me 3 times in 10 days to make sure I don't need anything and I'm doing ok!! Lots of goodies on these models! Thank you Charlie Fernandes! You are the absolute best car sales person I have ever experienced! And, I have purchased a lot of cars in my 58 years of driving!! More
