My old battery finally gave it up from the cold and my really old battery charger died as well so I couldn't drive to Klaben. I knew they had mobile service so called and Rachael was very good setting up a mobile service call after first making sure they had the right battery for my car. After confirming that Rachael called and we confirmed the mobile service and Dylan was there in half an hour. Removed the now 8 yr old battery and had the new one installed quickly. Started the car, which had set for 3 days, and ran it before doing a restart and was done quickly! I should add Klaben is the only place I've had my car worked on and this time they did their usual excellent job, less than 2 hours from my first call! More

The battery in our Lincoln Continental decided to "die" on Thanksgiving. We contacted our service rep, Joe French, the following day to see how to go about getting the car in for service. We tried to j on Thanksgiving. We contacted our service rep, Joe French, the following day to see how to go about getting the car in for service. We tried to jump start it in the garage, but the battery couldn't hold enough of a charge for us to even push it out. Joe listened, empathized with us about our situation and offered advice. He got in touch with the staff at Klaben Mobile and notified us that someone from that department would call us to set up an appointment to come to our home to fix our car. Within an hour of us finishing our call with Joe, our doorbell rang. It was Cole. He was ready and able to help. He talked with my husband, replaced the battery, checked all of the components and was on his way. He did all this in about 15 minutes. Incredible!!! We were astounded that everything played out the way it did. Everyone that we talked with were professional, friendly, and helpful. Joe French got the ball rolling and the Klaben Mobile staff took the ball and scored. We are very appreciative for all the help that this team provided us. Great Job!!! More
