I have been with Klaben for 27 years. I went to tech school and started here working in the body shop. I then moved to parts where I worked at the counter and parts pickup and delivery. I have worked at the service desk for 21 years. In my free time I like to go to Cedar Point with my son. The team was communicative and accommodating. A loaner was made available without hesitation. During the week plus the truck was in for repair I received numerous phone calls regarding the status of the was made available without hesitation. I got my truck back 2 days sooner than expected. That was extremely beneficial since my truck has heated steering wheel and seats. LOL It has been a cold few weeks in Ohio and although the loaner was nice, it didn't have the bells and whistles of my Big Horn. Thanks for the prompt service. More
