The ONLY Toyota to go to in Louisville, KY If it wasn't for the service department, specifically, John Carbone, I wouldn't continue driving 35 minutes one way. The staff anticipates my family n If it wasn't for the service department, specifically, John Carbone, I wouldn't continue driving 35 minutes one way. The staff anticipates my family needs and doesn't use high-pressure service nor sales. I managed to drive the same Sienna for nine years up to 348K miles. The common sense approach and understanding what I need as a mother of three, specifically not nickel and diming me with repairs and service, John always helped me prioritize what absolutely was necessary or can wait. As I turned in my 348K Sienna, Glen also anticipated my needs, because this mom really wanted an SUV, but the Highlander just wasn't going to fit the bill and he knew that. He lined up the vehicle for me, I didn't even have to look. Rick worked with my budget, ,especially taking in to consideration I've referred customers and will have three new drivers in the course of the next six years. No games, no pressure at Toyota of Louisville. If it wasn't for the service team, I wouldn't be a returning customer for vehicle maintenance. If it wasn't for the sales team, I'd be purchasing elsewhere. More

Another Excellent buying experience We bought our first Toyota last year with Glen Harder and it was a such a smooth process that we knew exactly who to see this time. Unfortunately our family was faced with the decision to replace the Toyota we had just bought with Glen due to a car accident that totaled the vehicle. We contacted Glen and he was able to find the exact vehicle we had and get us another one on the lot immediately. The second process was just as smooth if not better than the first one considering we did not expect to be doing this again so soon. Glen and the staff at Toyota are tremendous and we will be back in the future for sure. More
