After entering the dealership we met with Kimberly Schneid. We felt very comfortable talking to her. It seamed like we were talking to an old friend. She asked what type of vehicle we wanted to look a Schneid. We felt very comfortable talking to her. It seamed like we were talking to an old friend. She asked what type of vehicle we wanted to look at and we told her we were looking at the Crosstrek. She listened to us and showed us three different Crosstreks and explained the differences between the vehicles. She did not rush us to make a decision and made sure all of our questions were answered and gave us all the time we needed to make our decision. We decided on the Crosstrak Sport and purchased it. She then introduced us to A.J. Miller, to help with the financing and he also was very pleasant to work with. He also took his time with us and answered all of our questions about financing. After we purchased the vehicle we met with Johns Pitts who explained all of the technology and features of the vehicle. He was also very pleasant to work with. We don't think we could have had a better buying experience, thanks to the way we were treated from the time we entered the dealership to when we left with our new Crosstrek Sport. More

I was clear when I spoke with the GM, Daniel, that I was simply at the dealership to research the Subaru Forester Hybrid. I requested a sales consultant who didn't employ "high-pressure" sales tactics, as I simply at the dealership to research the Subaru Forester Hybrid. I requested a sales consultant who didn't employ "high-pressure" sales tactics, as I wouldn't tolerate such a conversation. Daniel introduced me to Tony Signorile. Tony patiently and proactively explained the various trim styles and listened attentively to my lifestyle priorities. He understood my hesitation in giving up my 4WD Jeep Rubicon for a "car." His enthusiasm, product knowledge, and detailed explanations of the Forester's capabilities were greatly appreciated. After a few hours of my choosing, not his "sales" persona, I made a decision and ended up placing a deposit on the Forester Hybrid Touring Trim. I requested that they hold it until Monday evening for me to make the final purchase decision. They did so without hesitation. I then met AJ Miller, the Finance Manager, to review the final paperwork and warranty options (since I wasn't financing, that conversation didn't happen). AJ's humor and professionalism made it a pleasure to work with Subaru of Jacksonville. Finally, I drove away in the new Subaru. A few days later, I returned to have the car ceramic coated by the service department. It was another great experience. I also had the opportunity to speak with John Pitts, the Delivery Specialist, about a few questions I had about the car. He stopped what he was doing to answer my questions and provide additional information that was helpful. Tony greeted me upon my return and ensured that I had everything I needed. I've bought 10 new vehicles in my life, mostly Jeeps, Porsche, and BMW. Many friends drive Subarus and love them. In this season, it's a perfect lifestyle fit. Thank you, Subaru of Jacksonville, for making this buying experience customer-centric instead of sales-driven heavy! More
