I have always LOVED Sarant and all of it's EMPLOYEES and still do! This is the first time I am not rating the dealership a 5, and even that might be a little unfair. Cadillac seems to be getting out if the still do! This is the first time I am not rating the dealership a 5, and even that might be a little unfair. Cadillac seems to be getting out if the "Luxury Automobile" business, trying to jump on the EV craze before they're even ready. I feel I was strung along waiting for a vehicle, Lyriq, that still hasn't happened, leaving me to settle for a car that in my opinion doesn't live up to Cadillac standards, the CT5. Probably the last Caddy I will ever drive. PS Just like restaurants, you have to pay an "inconvenience fee" (not mentioned until AFTER the transaction) if you use your credit card, but unlike restaurants, leaving a bad taste in your mouth. More

PLEASE READ! ! I Brought my vehicle in 5 times and each time they kept the vehicle for at least 3 days. They still could not figure out the issue. I spoke with t ! I Brought my vehicle in 5 times and each time they kept the vehicle for at least 3 days. They still could not figure out the issue. I spoke with the service manager Joe and he told me to take my vehicle to another dealership because the vehicle's on his lot are priority and will always come first before my vehicle!! I even found out how to do the repair to my vehicle online. I printed it out and handed the part number and how to repair the issue with pictures to the service department head. I got my vehicle back 4 days later with an apology from the service department saying that they can't figure out the problem and did nothing but tighten and lube some bolts. This went on for over a year and a half. The only reason why I took it to Serant Cadillac is because there local and I have an extended warranty. I recently took my vehicle to a local mechanic and it took them 1.5hrs and the issue is RESOLVED!! Never again Serant Cadillac you wasted over a year and a half of my time. More
