They exchanged emails and set up a test drive when the car arrived. The car was ready for us when we arrived for the test drive. Our salesman was Ryan. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We bought the car that day. The business manager was very friendly and efficient. Extended warranties were explained but at no point did we feel pressured. We were there several hours while the car was prepped and paperwork was processed. The set up at the dealership is very comfortable. All the staff we dealt with were very polite and friendly.
