Brought my brand new Truck in for wind noise and bed cover leak- neither were fixed after 2 trips to the dealer. Service said there is nothing they can do but I need to contact Toyota Corporate- keep i cover leak- neither were fixed after 2 trips to the dealer. Service said there is nothing they can do but I need to contact Toyota Corporate- keep in my this is a $74,000 truck that has 3,000 miles on it. The water is pouring through the bed cover but they told me that is to be expected. Even though I had a similar cover on my Ford truck that never leaked for over 8 years. Justin had timely updates and was pleasant but service did not fix any of the issues. More

I had a noise issue and it did not get fixed, I think it got worse. I also have a bed cover that came with the truck and it is leaking very badly, I was told this is normal But it is really bad and I think got worse. This is a $74,000 brand new truck and I expect these issues to be taken care of. I will say that Justin Cottone was very responsive and was easy to deal with. Now I just need my truck fixed. More

Plenty of service times to accommodate people. The service rep was great. Only complaint was it took about twice as long for the service to get completed, and then they didn't even reset the mai The service rep was great.
