I have been working with Jeff Fox for about a month. He is awesome! I came in today and bought a certified used car, and I am so excited about it! I was feeling out of sorts and going around in circles trying to get all the bells and whistles without buying a brand new car! This is perfect! Jeff was so honest, helpful and knowledgeable! He was patient and seriously wanted me to be happy with the car I bought (had an HRV and wasn’t thrilled with it). I am with this CRV!! It was a pleasure working with Jeff! Karen who helped with setting up my loan was also great! I really appreciate the honesty and friendly manner of both these employees! Not only have a pleasant experience at Wilde, we were invited to the Christmas luncheon!!! I also was able to speak with George personally which is not always the case when at a dealership! He obviously cares about both his customers and employees. Thank you for a great experience! More

Having never leased a new car, sales dept and finance were able to answer every question I had. It was such a smooth transaction! They all helped as I was in a time crunch, never any pressure. We looked at a certified used car with more features vs. a new model at a cheaper trim, and he was very honest while comparing the two cars. We also had a trade and the whole transaction was smooth and fast. Karen in finance was really great too - really honest about the warranties and options that make sense based on your situation. Had to come back the next morning to wrap up paperwork, but all-in-all with two test drives and a trade the whole deal took less than 3 hours. More

My first Honda purchase experience When I arrived, I wasn’t in the best of moods as vehicle shopping can be exhausting. My sales person listened to what I wanted and didn’t waste my ti When I arrived, I wasn’t in the best of moods as vehicle shopping can be exhausting. My sales person listened to what I wanted and didn’t waste my time with useless options, didn’t try and oversell me, he just simply took me to the vehicle he heard me describe. He was spot on! Working with him and the manager of sales was easy, beyond fair, and no high-pressure moments. I went home to think and decided that indeed this is what I wanted to do. When I came back in to purchase/pickup my vehicle they made me feel important and valued. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience and made sure I felt that I got the deal of the century. Even once I got to the financing/end portion of the process my experience continued to exceed my expectations. Often if your experience with the sales dept is great… the honeymoon period ends once you get to the financing portion. It didn’t! She was very personable and helpful, and I felt like she was a friend. I would recommend Wilde Honda East Madison! Lovely, real, enjoyable people (Phil Hogans and Justin Lucas in sales and Karen Hardrath in finance). More
