Kim Wolfram is my Service Writer at Klaben Ford. She has spent decades on the automotive industry. I'm not saying she's old...I'm saying she knows what she's doing! I have used their service department, their body shop (it wasn't my fault,I swear), and I purchased my F-150 new from their sales department. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Everyone is outstanding! More

This was my first experience with the service department. My car has 3,000 miles and there was already an issue with the driver side window not working and having to have the part replaced. I scheduled my appointment online and was very happy with the response and follow up reminders. I have given a 5 star rating but, being in the customer service industry myself, I tend to be a little more critical and have a couple of suggestions. As a service center, I would recommend identifying the Klaben Service Center down the road as Chrysler in the signage. I did not realize there were two different service centers and waited quite a while to talk to someone to be informed I was at the wrong location and “it happens all the time.” When I got to the correct location, I didn’t realize I was actually assigned a service representative and waited quite a while to be acknowledged. Several employees walked past me without any acknowledgment and, finally, a gentleman came out from the back and assisted myself and another customer who was waiting as long as me who also had no knowledge of their service representative. Now that I am aware of this, I will know what to do next time as this is a great feature of this service department. It was great to deal with one person for everything. When it was time to pick up my car, I knew exactly where to go and what to do. My service department representative, Kim, was very thorough with explaining what was wrong and reminded me to call her directly should there be any problems going forward. She is definitely an asset to the company. Overall, I would highly recommend Klaben Ford Service Center. I hope I never have to go back :), but if I do, I know I will receive excellent service. More

The service department is clean and the service personnel are friendly and respectful. However, when I made my initial call for service, I was told that I would have to wait three weeks for an appointment. are friendly and respectful. If that wait period for service is typical, I would not buy another car from Klaben. Furthermore, this lengthy delay for service is the reason I said no to recommendation for this service center.
